I suppose that the reason I feel the need to post my culinary creations is because they do not occur that often. Lately I have been especially lazy about cooking. The above pizza I made...... a month ago? Regardless, it was delicious. Chicken alfredo pizza with tomatoes and spinach. Yum yum! Plus I am proud when ever food actually 'turns out'. And this one actually did! Now I have to just learn how to make food visually aesthetic and not just aesthetic to the belly.
